If you don't know what an empanadilla is, it's time to visit Annie's in El Combate. There, you'll find yourself snacking on southwestern cuisine as you enjoy the Puerto Rican sunshine. (Incidentally, empanadillas are deep-fried fritters that are stuffed with lovely ingredients such as rice, fish, or beans.) Annie's is a very casual restaurant.
